Hanson Bridgett's Land Use Practice Group is seeking an experienced land use associate with a minimum of 5 years of non-litigation land use experience. Ideal candidates will have experience representing public agencies, property owners, and developers, on complex land use and entitlement matters, and will have experience managing land use matters. A strong background in planning and zoning law, CEQA compliance, and municipal law is required. Basic real estate transactional experience is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references, and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required. We seek team players who are practical, take initiative, have strong project management skills, and desire a career path to partnership.
