  1. Obtain your name for purposes of communicating with you and identifying you as a user of the website.
  2. Verify your age.
  3. Send you communications upon your request or consent.

We and our third-party vendor s also gather non-descriptive, non-personal information about how many visitors use our website. We do not collect any personal information about you in this instance but we may collect information that a user has visited the website for statistical analysis of the public’s use of our website. 

Unsubscribing, Removing or Modifying Your Information:

We appreciate that you may change your mind about our use of your personal information in the future. We offer several ways you can inform us about your privacy preferences:

  1. All email messages and newsletters will provide a description on how you can ask us to stop sending you messages and newsletters.
  2. At any time, you can send us an email at the address provided below.
  3. To modify or delete entirely the information you have provided during registration, please login and update your profile.

Please note that if you unsubscribe from our communications, you may still receive communications already in production until your request is fully processed. If you request that your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about the transactions or service inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.

Online Tracking:

We or our third-party vendors may use cookies to improve your experience with our website and show you ads based on past visits to our website. The “Do Not Track” standard is still in development and not yet finalized.  We will only collect and use the personal information you provide to us pursuant to the terms in this privacy policy.

We do not rent, sell or disclose your personal information or contact information to third parties for the third party’s own purposes. We may share your information with our affiliates as permitted under this privacy policy. We may provide your credit card (or other authorized payment method) information to our bank or credit card or other authorized payment processor solely for purposes of processing your payment. On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our website policies, or to protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

Protecting Your Information:

We use technological security measures to preserve the security of your information, including without limitation, encryption technologies and authentication tools. Your personal information is contained behind secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have a need to access your personal information for purposes of managing our website and providing you information as you have requested. All orders are placed through a secure server. Please be aware that no electronic data transmission over the internet can be 100% secure. 

Transferring Your Information Overseas:

If you are located outside of the United States, we may transfer your information to our affiliates, to other service providers or distributors outside of your country or territory. We manage our website from the United States. We acknowledge that the data protection laws and other laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those of your country or territory and we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights are respected. 

Children's Privacy:

We respect the privacy of children. Our website is not designed to attract an audience younger than 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us using the contact details below if you believe we may have collected information from your child, and we will work to delete it.

Under California laws, California residents can request information from us whether we have disclosed a person’s personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. We will not sell or share your personal information with third-party companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
