Our Commercial Litigation Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced litigation associate to join our San Francisco, CA office.
More than a third of Nixon Peabody’s lawyers are litigators. We have decades of experience representing clients at every level of the judicial system; in international forums; and in mediation, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. We help our clients manage virtually all forms of disputes, from relatively simple matters to highly complex cases.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have approximately four to seven years of commercial litigation experience, including some soft IP experience in trade secrets, trademarks and copyright. California State Bar admission is required. CPA would be a strong plus.
