Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of Real Estate Transactional experience to join our Real Estate practice group. Our firm’s deepest roots are in real estate law, and the individual attorneys in our practice are the most skilled, experienced, and innovative in the field. Collectively—and through collaboration with the firm’s other practices—we provide clients with valuable counsel on a full spectrum of real estate matters.

A successful candidate must have significant transactional experience in complex real estate transactions, joint ventures, dispositions, development, financing and leasing of various real estate asset classes. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, exceptional writing and research skills, an enthusiasm for real estate law, and a commitment to delivering quality work product in a highly collaborative environment. Successful candidates will also possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
